Job summary

Wrike, a leading work management platform, seeks a Senior Manager of Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to own our competitive program end-to-end and sharpen the Why Wrike Over Them narrative for the core platform. You will craft battlecards, teardowns, and playbooks, and coach the field on live competitive scenarios to move win rates.

You will lead executive briefs, price and packaging insights, and a data-driven approach to quantify value, ROI, and tactics across Sales, Product, Enablement

Qualifications

• 7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS.
• Owns strategic initiatives end to end without direct reports.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to engage executives and field reps in one day.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and maintain a single source of competitive truth: battlecards, teardowns, and playbooks.
• Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and messaging framework across target verticals and buyers.
• Translate intelligence into tactical plays and join high-stakes competitive evaluations.
• Design and operate a win/loss program with quarterly readouts to leadership.
• Track pricing and packaging intelligence to empower Sales in negotiations.
• Develop ROI models and value frameworks to defend differentiators in enterprise deals.
• Establish an AI-powered operating model for scalable intelligence gathering and distribution.
