Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Compensation Sr. Analyst to join its Global Compensation Team within Human Resources.

You will help develop, implement, and support compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will use strong analytical skills to advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable pay plans, market studies, and job analyses, collaborating with HR generalists and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of compensation experience.
• Ability to provide broad client coverage or manage a business client group relationship.
• Experience with cyclical compensation work (market study, survey analysis, annual bonus programs).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
