Job summary

Confidential Client is seeking a Compensation Analyst to shape compensation programs across our global offices. The role focuses on analyzing market data, benchmarking, and designing annual compensation processes, including year-end reviews and long-term incentive modeling.

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors) and compensation platforms a plus.
  • Solid understanding of compensation theory, benchmarking, and regulatory considerations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion with sensitive data.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic compensation guidance across all business units and geographies.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark compensation data to inform base salary, bonus, and equity program recommendations.
  • Support the design and implementation of annual compensation processes, including year-end reviews, bonus planning, and long-term incentive modeling.
  • Develop and maintain compensation dashboards, analytics, and reporting to drive insight and visibility for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and evolving best practices.
  • Contribute to compensation-related communications and education efforts across the firm.
