Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to support engineering, hardware, revenue and G&A groups. You will advise HRBPs and leaders on pay decisions, promotions and job evaluations, and help modernize processes with AI-enabled workflows.

You will analyze cash, equity, and total rewards trends using Radford, Pave, and Compa, and deliver executive-ready presentations on compensation philosophy and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders as a compensation business partner.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and benchmarking tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as compensation partner for Engineering, Hardware, Revenue and G&A groups, advising on pay decisions and job evaluations.
• Analyze cash, equity and total rewards trends to inform program design and positioning.
• Deliver training materials and executive-ready communications on Snap's compensation programs.
• Act as AI champion to accelerate benchmarking and modeling workflows.
