Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking an Analyst, Compensation to join the Total Rewards team. This role owns incentive compensation administration and partners with Medical Economics to merge KPI data with Dayforce to calculate payouts and verify year-end figures.

You will design and maintain reports and dashboards that reveal trends, variations, and opportunities to improve pay programs. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.
• Experience with compensation programs and change management is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS/Dayforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Coordinate with Medical Economics to verify payout calculations.
• Produce reports and dashboards for HR leadership.
• Conduct market salary benchmarking and surveys.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of compensation practices.
• Maintain compensation policy documentation.
