Responsibilities

• Compensation Program Support: Maintain salary ranges, job evaluation data, and incentive plan documents under senior analysts' guidance.
• Market Analysis: Gather data for market pricing studies and surveys; assist with submissions and benchmarking.
• Job Architecture & Evaluation: Support job description reviews and maintain records for job leveling and classifications.
• Annual Compensation Cycles: Assist with merit and bonus cycle tasks, data entry, quality checks, and reporting.
• HR and Business Support: Respond to routine compensation questions; escalate complex issues; prepare basic reports.
• Compliance Support: Help ensure data/process alignment with policy and flag compliance concerns.
