Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 1 year of compensation experience.
• Broad-based compensation experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is beneficial.

• Review market data to ensure competitive compensation in the relevant market.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to offer attractive compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies and define levels within a hierarchy.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.

• Demonstrate strong Excel and advanced spreadsheet skills.
