Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs aligned with strategy and compliance.

You will co-lead large compensation projects and manage mid-size initiatives, providing analytics, market research, and salary structure maintenance. Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws and confidentiality is required, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of compensation experience.
• Experience handling confidential information and following data privacy guidelines.
• Knowledge of job evaluation techniques, salary surveys, and total rewards concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) with data analysis skills.

• Participate in development and administration of broad-based compensation programs.
• Provide compensation consultation to HR partners and business leaders.
• Lead analytics, testing, and administration of merit, bonus, and salary structures.
• Maintain compensation market data and participate in salary surveys.
• Conduct job evaluations.
• Administer special pay practices such as on-call and shift pay.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to review compensation changes.
• Work with HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Develop compensation communication materials.
