Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to develop and analyze audits and streamline daily payroll operations. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the payroll team on process changes and providing timely, accurate responses to field payroll questions.

The role supports bi-weekly payroll processing, assists on special projects, and maintains confidentiality of all payroll data. A focus on compliance and customer service is essential to succeed in this position at

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll with multiple entities and large employee population
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax, garnishments and compliance
• Excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Experience with outside vendors and vendor coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines under minimal supervision

Responsabilités

• Perform internal payroll audits across departments (Payroll, HR-OPS, Benefits)
• Coordinate with vendors to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Analyze complex payroll policy questions and authorize exceptions within limits
• Develop and update payroll procedures and policy manuals
• Lead root-cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
