Job summary

University Health seeks a Compensation Analyst to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of its compensation programs and policies. You will analyze jobs, pay, and market data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, under the Executive Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities include position control updates, job evaluations, data integrity in HR systems, and reporting for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
• Two years of Human Resources experience required.
• PeopleSoft experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, HRIS database design, structure, functions, and experience with database tools.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Compensation team for compensation programs, policies, and systems.
• Collect, review, and analyze jobs, pay, and market data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Assist with position control updates, job evaluations, market data review, and equity maintenance.
• Assist with processing position requests, preparing pay recommendations, and compiling reports for decision-making.
• Maintain integrity of compensation data in HR systems and participate in audits and testing.
