• 2+ years in Compensation/Total Rewards/HR analytics.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookups.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsabilités

• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing using reliable data sources.
• Analyze internal and external pay trends to support recommendations.
• Assist with salary structure administration, incentives, and bonuses.
• Review compensation requests related to promotions, transfers and new roles.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy within HR systems and reporting tools.
• Support annual compensation planning, merit reviews, and budgeting.
