Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our network of veterinary hospitals. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and help coordinate appointments and patient records across our practices.

You will educate clients on preventive care, handle financial transactions, and support a compassionate, collaborative team dedicated to high-quality veterinary medicine. Some locations may require weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication skills, able to manage stressful situations with good judgment.
