Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Receptionist in Ocala, FL. You will manage multi-line calls, greet clients, and handle scheduling and transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly. Training and mentorship are provided within a supportive, growth-oriented network.

You will contribute to pet wellness education, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for exceptional customer service with animals.
• Excellent communication and calmness under pressure in fast-paced front desk roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients warmly.
• Ensure seamless care coordination by maintaining records, schedules, and processing payments.
• Advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and services.
• Provide a compassionate, empathetic presence and treat every pet with care.
