Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist in Jupiter, FL to be the front-line ambassador for compassionate pet care. You’ll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and help coordinate appointments and payments while upholding high standards of service.

You’ll educate clients on preventive care, support the hospital team, and provide a welcoming, empathetic atmosphere for pets and their owners. A flexible schedule, including some weekends, is required.

Competenze

• Passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
