Boston Veterinary Clinic in Wellesley Hills, MA, part of Mission Pet Health, seeks a friendly receptionist to support front desk operations and client care. You will handle phones, scheduling, records, and payments while upholding high standards of AAHA-aligned service.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
