You will manage multi-line calls, coordinate appointments and payments, and educate clients on preventive care while ensuring pets receive the best possible care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: partner in pet wellness, educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: calming presence for clients, show empathy and respect to every situation.
