Qualifications

• Experience with veterinary practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check in patients, verify medical records, and manage appointments.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and respond to scheduling and record requests.
• Process payments, post charges, and schedule follow-up visits.
• Communicate medical information compassionately, including end-of-life discussions.
• Maintain accurate EMR and data entry in the PMS.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and staff to maintain smooth client flow.
• Keep reception area clean and organized.
