BluePearl Pet Hospital in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support the veterinary staff in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday 2:00 PM–12:00 AM and Thursday 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. Pay ranges from $21.50 to $33.00 per hour, with night and weekend shift differentials based on hours worked and competency.

Qualifications

• Greeting clients and answering phones with professionalism.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotional situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients entering the hospital and acknowledge them warmly.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Assist veterinary team with front-desk operations and client communications.
• Confirm appointments and provide clients with preparation instructions for visits.
