Responsibilities include greeting clients, updating medical records, managing calls, processing payments, and coordinating with veterinarians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software; Cornerstone preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume front desk operations with composure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and patients; update medical records and appointment details.
• Answer and manage multi-line phone system; handle scheduling, refills, records, and hospital information.
• Process payments, post charges, explain invoices, and schedule follow-ups.
• Communicate medical information and care instructions accurately, including end-of-life discussions.
• Maintain accurate EMR and data entry in PIMS; coordinate with veterinarians and staff.
• Maintain reception area and waiting room for a positive client experience.
