Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with personal care and daily living activities, while promoting independence and respect for residents’ rights. The role involves helping with housekeeping, laundry, and participating in shift reports to ensure continuity of care.

The position emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork with staff, and timely response to call bells and evolving resident needs, including emergencies and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred but not required.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance as needed per state regulations preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as per service plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks following established procedures.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports and shift change reports as needed.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote residents' choices, independence and spiritual needs.
