Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support residents with personal care and activities of daily living, assist with daily housekeeping and laundry, and help residents participate in life enrichment programs.

You will follow the service plan and communicate resident needs to the team. This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; CNA/HHA preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred; and state-required certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities according to care plans.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety protocols.
• Read and follow care plans and document changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs and events.
• Review and participate in shift reports and communicate changes to the team.
• Promote independence, dignity, and resident rights.
