Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to assist residents with daily living activities, maintain cleanliness, and support enrichment programs. You will work closely with health staff to ensure compassionate care and uphold resident rights in a community-focused environment.

The role requires high school education, with CPR/First Aid preferred, and the ability to communicate effectively and multitask in a busy setting.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Medication assistance license/certificate as required by state.
• Read and understand simple instructions and convey information clearly.
• Ability to interact warmly and respectfully with residents and families.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift reports and communicate changes in resident needs.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs and activities.
• Maintain infection control practices and report accidents or incidents promptly.
• Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate any changes in resident needs to the Director of Health & Wellness.
• Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate tact and respect toward residents’ rights and dignity.
• Adapt to varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
