Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to assist residents with daily living activities and personal care. You will participate in activities, promote independence, and maintain infection control standards in a supportive senior living environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork, and reliable task execution across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or alternative.
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks per procedures.
• Review care reports and communicate changes to health staff.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs and activities.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality of resident information.
• Respond to pendant/wearable calls promptly and support resident independence.
