CARE PARTNERS is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to assist elders with daily living activities in a supportive senior living setting. You will participate in health monitoring, provide companionship, and help with meals and mobility, working closely with the Wellness Team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication in English, and compliance with state licensing and background checks. A flexible, caring approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and learn on the job.
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Licensing docs (as required by state) and background check.
• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to elders (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor health and document changes to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with residents, families, team members, and guests.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain general cleanliness.
