Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities, personal care and companionship. You will perform light housekeeping and laundry, follow care plans, and participate in shift reports and care coordination with the health team.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, adherence to infection control, and flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Reads and writes simple information and communicates clearly.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities as per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry duties following procedures.
• Review shift reports and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence, dignity, and resident autonomy.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality.
