Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and program participation in a Florida senior living community. The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and teamwork while delivering high quality resident care.

The position requires flexibility to cover varied shifts, adherence to care plans, and commitment to confidentiality and infection control. Prior CNA/HHA experience and CPR/First Aid are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/HHA preferred.
• Medication assistance certification preferred where applicable.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks per procedures.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Review shift reports and communicate resident needs to the team.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs and activities.
• Support residents with independence and spiritual needs.
• Provide verbal encouragement and resident support.
• Prioritize tasks to meet changing resident needs.
• Notify Health & Wellness Director when resident needs change.
• Coordinate with other departments as needs arise.
• Respond promptly to resident pendant/wearable calls.
• Maintain infection control practices.
• Report accidents or incidents per policy.
• Protect residents’ privacy and rights.
• Prepare for emergencies and disasters as needed.
• Carry out required training programs.
