Compass Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to support seniors with daily living, health monitoring, and companionship in a respectful, caring environment.

You will assist with personal care, monitor health, provide emotional support, help with meals, and encourage participation in social activities while maintaining a clean living space. A team-oriented attitude and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Clear verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe, document, and report health or behavior changes to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support participation in life-enrichment activities and social events.
• Communicate with elders, families, other team members, and guests.
• Assist with light housekeeping and general cleanliness.
