Job summary

Service Corporation International in Mission, TX seeks a results-driven sales professional to meet monthly revenue quotas for funeral, cemetery, and pre-need services. You will present planning guides and guide families through options, closing contracts with care and integrity.

The role requires prospecting, building relationships, handling inquiries, and following company processes. A high school diploma and CRM experience are preferred; strong commission-based compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• License: Funeral Directors license where required by state law.
• Life insurance license where required by state law; company will support obtaining licensing.
• Driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience preferred; industry experience a plus.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota.
• Present planning guides and discuss pre-need services with families.
• Guide families through cemetery or cremation options and close contracts.
• Prospect in community and maintain CRM activity.
• Build relationships and provide service beyond expectations to support future sales.
