Service Corporation International is seeking a motivated sales-focused professional to connect with families, present funeral and cemetery options, and guide them through the decision process. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, compliance, and proactive follow-up with families.

You will work with teams to ensure seamless service delivery, manage leads in Salesforce, and schedule appointments, with compensation that reflects performance and geographic location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college coursework at sophomore level preferred.
• 2 years of related work experience in business administration, sales, or marketing may be considered in lieu of college courses.
• Current state driver's license with clean driving record; Life Insurance License as required by state board.
• At least 1 year of customer service or direct sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; strong verbal communication and professional relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in the death industry; available for nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Listen to families and present services, products, and cemetery options with clear explanations.
• Drive company vehicle to show plots or niches; guide families through selections and obtain signatures.
• Enter selections into electronic contracts and verify documents.
• Maintain leads in Salesforce and follow up with families as arrangements progress.
• Provide pre-need information and marketing materials; schedule appointments and confirm 24 hours prior.
• Collaborate with funeral and cemetery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
