Job summary

Mercy Health Center seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients, under the supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor.

The role requires current Oklahoma licensure in Physical Therapy (or registry eligible) and may involve direct supervision of rehabilitation technicians and indirect supervision of PT assistants in line with Oklahoma Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy required or registry eligible.
• Six months to one year experience in rehabilitation preferred.
• BLS certification required (current before independent patient care).

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to rehab technicians and indirect supervision of PT assistants as per Oklahoma Practice Act.
• Operate in alignment with Mercy mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.

Education

Bachelor/Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
