Job summary

ComForCare Home Care – Danbury in Waterbury, CT is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to help seniors remain independent at home. No caregiving experience is required as we provide training and support to help you succeed.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while reporting changes to the care team. Flexible hours and a supportive team await you.

Qualifications

• No caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Background check may be required as per state regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Help clients transfer and ambulate safely.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor well-being.
• Offer companionship and conversation; transport to appointments when needed.
