Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Danbury is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). No caregiving experience? No problem—training and support are provided to help you succeed.

You will assist seniors and adults at home in Ridgefield, CT and nearby communities, promoting independence with dignity while families gain peace of mind. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time options, and direct deposit available.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required; willingness to learn.
• We welcome Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Helping clients transfer and ambulate safely.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and conversation.
• Transportation to appointments and errands when needed.
• Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team.
