Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support seniors in Waterbury, CT and nearby communities. No caregiving experience is required as we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You will help clients remain independent at home with compassionate care, while working with a caring team in a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No caregiving experience required; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Helping clients transfer and ambulate
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation
• Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team
