Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Preferred: medical experience.

Responsibilities

• Working on computers and answering phones to intake information in a busy environment.
• Collecting details that must be input correctly between physician and nurse check-ins.
• Typing across multiple screens quickly as patients talk.
• Helping patients complete their registration and alleviate anxiety.
