Job summary

Qualifications

• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) needed; if not, obtain within 30 days of hire (LA City only).

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient call within 10 minutes.
• Assist with daily patient care and activities per RN direction.
• Document care provided: vitals, intake/output, meals, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and unit areas.
• Support patient nutrition and mobility, ambulation, and transfers as needed.
• Communicate plan of care with RN and report changes promptly.
