Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient calls within 10 minutes and coordinates care with RN.
• Documents care provided, including vitals and intake/output.
• Maintains clean, organized patient rooms and assists with meals and mobility.
• Ensures safety and proper operation of patient-care equipment.
