Responsibilities

• Respond to patient call within 10 minutes and anticipate patient needs.
• Assist with vital signs, daily weight, intake/output, and hygiene tasks.
• Ensure safe operation of patient-care equipment and maintain a clean, organized patient room.
• Document all care provided, including vital signs and patient data.
• Communicate plan of care to patient and RN; collaborate with staff throughout shift.
