Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Certified Nursing Program; CNA certification or grandfathering applies.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Fire Life Safety Training within LA City rules, within 30 days if not on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with patient care delivery and basic tasks.
• Respond to patient calls promptly and document care given.
• Maintain clean, organized patient areas and equipment.
• Support meal service, mobility, and transfers as directed by RN.
• Use electronic systems to document care and communicate needs.
