• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients checking in for TMS, psychotherapy, Spravato, and medication management appointments.
• Address patient inquiries, provide welcoming environment and professional communication.
• Answer calls, emails, and patient questions with efficiency.
• Manage patient intake documentation to ensure paperwork is complete before first appointment.
• Process patient payments and assist with daily financial reconciliation.
• Coordinate appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows per policy with providers.
