• Assist patients with entrance into Mercy facilities, including scheduling, registration, benefit verification, pre-certification and financial clearance.
• Obtain accurate patient data and populate the patient record with precision.
• Communicate applicable financial responsibility, payment options, and financial assistance resources to patients.
• Document outcomes of each required financial conversation.
