The role requires strong customer service, accuracy in handling data, and adherence to privacy guidelines, with shifts largely 8:00–4:30 and some 10:30–7:00 on Thursdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a business or healthcare setting delivering customer service.
• Ability to process electronic information accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Register and greet patients; collect and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Process co-pays, deductibles, and balances; safeguard cash and receipts.
• Assist with Kiosk check-in and ABN/consent forms; ensure confidentiality.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments using multiple systems.
• Identify and communicate issues affecting timeliness or patient care; maintain smooth workflow.
