Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan, under supervision. You will help ensure comfort, safety, and dignity for each resident.

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license as per state laws.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo card before procedures.
• Report changes in residents' condition promptly to supervisors.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and protect health information.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and transport as needed.
• Ensure room is ready for new residents and greet them warmly.
