Job summary

PACS seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to their care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor changes, and maintain privacy and safety in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material.
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo cards.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report breaches.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
• Follow facility policies and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
