Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directives. You will identify residents, record observations, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, and maintain a warm, safe environment.

Responsibilities include accurate charting, reporting changes promptly to the Nurse Supervisor, protecting resident privacy, and cooperating with inter-departmental staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents before treatments or feeding using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries and observations accurately and timely.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect privacy.
