PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents per care plans, ensuring safety and comfort. You will identify residents, document care, and communicate changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role requires a licensed CNA, ability to read and follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents for changes, and participate in shift handovers.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals; communicate effectively with managers and employees.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments or providing care.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and follow privacy policies.
