Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients and to implement therapeutic programming. The role includes mealtime support, milieu management, and documenting care in the EHR.

You must be flexible to work across sites and meet staffing needs. Required are a Bachelor’s in behavioral health or related field, a valid driver’s license, and direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Six months of experience in a behavioral health or related field.
• Washington state credential may be required.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management and maintaining daily program structure.
• Provide mealtime support and meal coaching with patients.
• Complete documentation in the EHR for shift activities and events.
• Transport patients to medical appointments as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field
