Qualifications

• Must have Med-Tech certification or be actively pursuing certification.

• Experience with elderly residents and comfort with basic medical tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises self-administration of medications for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provides compassionate care and effective communication with residents and families.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and respectful living environment.
• Documents changes in health and well-being and reports to supervisor.
