Hcshiring is seeking Medication Technicians to provide direct care and medication assistance to residents in a supportive living environment.

You will maintain medication security, assist with daily activities, and work closely with dining and care teams to ensure resident well-being and comfort. A positive attitude and flexibility are essential as you contribute to a respectful, home-like setting.

Qualifikationen

• Must have prior medication technician experience in a similar care setting.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team environment.
• Maintains professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care and medication assistance to residents.
• Assist in medication administration with secure handling and accountability.
• Inventory controlled substances and reconcile inventory with a colleague when duties change.
• Verify and document medication administration records and support residents with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Dining Services for related tasks and support activities of daily living.
• Aid residents with grooming, hygiene, bathing, and transfers as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep living spaces clean, safe, and orderly.
