Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Engages with residents empathetically and communicates health changes to supervisor.
• Serves in dining room during meals and assists with activities per calendar.
• Maintains safe, clean environment and records sign-outs when residents leave.
• Supports training of new employees and mentorship of peers.
