Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Medical Technician (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate medication administration and daily living support to residents. You will be part of a team ensuring safety, comfort, and respectful care while following individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include inventory, documentation, and coordinating with pharmacies. A valid CNA/HCA license, CPR/First Aid, and reliability for weekend shifts are required to support a nurturing, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily medication administration as outlined in care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate orders with pharmacies as needed.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and maintain open communication among residents, families, and staff.
